SURVIVING CLASSROOM PERSONALITIES
It's the first day of school and you have 25 or more students. There is so much movement and energy in the room, you feel like you are running in circles. Learn to win over your students cooperation no matter what the mood in the room is.
UNDERSTANDING CONFLICT AND RESOLVING IT
Most of us shy away from conflict. Take an in-depth look at where anger and conflict come from and how to resolve the issues. Effectively resolving conflict can be a positive learning experience that creates a better understanding of each other. Learn to mediate, resolve conflict and feel comfortable in the process.
SETTING LIMITS
There has to be rules and order in the classroom. Without them the class is in chaos and dysfunctional. Learn to redirect and guide your students to reach their highest potential and your greatest expectations.
CONSEQUENCES AND HOW THEY WORK
Do reward and punishment work in your classroom? You may have discovered they don't work well or long term, but what does? Learn and recognize the difference using natural, logical and applied consequences.

Helping students to tap into their internal selves helps students discover who they are and what they are most passionate about in life. Students quickly learn better responses in any given situation because it's the right thing to do.

Class meetings is a process. Learn to enjoy the process and reap the benefits. Results are students who go 'within' to discover awesome solutions. You will be amazed and astonished what comes out of the mouths of babes.

See your class as a team. Students will either find ways to get on a team or get off the team. Help your students learn to be 100% team players for ultimate classroom success.
IDENTIFY AND REDIRECT STUDENT BEHAVIOR
All behaviors fall into four categories: Attention. Power. Revenge and Avoidance. Once you learn these four areas of mischief you will automatically be able to redirect for the purpose to real change.
CREATING A DEMOCRATIC CLASSROOM
Encourage students to be part of the classroom experience. Decide together what the class rules will be all the way through to what the curriculum will look like. Being part of the classroom process and feeling empowered opens the doors to creating new experiences everyday.
REACHING THE CHILD'S SPIRIT
The role of teachers is changing in the classroom. Learn to facilitate asking pointed questions do draw out from the students the answers they have within. Focus on filling the child's emotional piggy banks and reach their spirit.
