SURVIVING CLASSROOM PERSONALITIES
It's the first day of school and you have 25 or more students. There is so much movement and energy in the room, you feel like you are running in circles. Learn to win over your students cooperation no matter what the mood in the room is.

UNDERSTANDING CONFLICT AND RESOLVING IT
Most of us shy away from conflict. Take an in-depth look at where anger and conflict come from and how to resolve the issues. Effectively resolving conflict can be a positive learning experience that creates a better understanding of each other. Learn to mediate, resolve conflict and feel comfortable in the process.

SETTING LIMITS
There has to be rules and order in the classroom. Without them the class is in chaos and dysfunctional. Learn to redirect and guide your students to reach their highest potential and your greatest expectations.
