People are always asking for advice. Coaching is an on-going, confidential discussion, providing the client with feedback, insights and guidance.
Parent coaching is the art of aligning the client's beliefs and values for the purpose of discovering the best solutions for specific parenting goals. Attaining these goals requires taking action:
- to take parenting seriously
- to do more than you would on your own
- to be effective rather than reactive
- to understand the balance of being kind and firm
RCB of Tampa Bay has many levels of coaching available for parents and their children. Fees range from $50 - $85 per hour depending on who facilitates the session and the start and finish times, which vary. Coaching one-on-one at our offices, by phone or email is available.
An initial assessment fee of $100 is required to determine the needs of you and your family. Together with your Coach, a "STEPS TO SUCCESS" schedule will be created for maximum results.
Our parent coaches do not deal with Therapy issues such as domestic violence, substance abuse or criminal behavior. These issues are best served by a mental health professional.
